Amy Sidwell, PhD, MCHES brings deep expertise in health education and disease prevention. With a doctorate in Kinesiology-Physical Education and a Master’s in Community Health Education, Amy combines academic rigor with practical experience to design evidence-based wellness programs that resonate with real lives.
Certified as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), Amy is recognized for her ability to guide individuals through the complexities of health behavior change. She is passionate about providing personalized health coaching to help clients build sustainable habits in nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle choices.
